SAND HOUSE

"Sand House" è un progetto riguardante una ristrutturazione completa di un'abitazione sfruttando al massimo gli spazi che quest'ultima presenta e cercando di soddisfare tutte le esigenze del cliente; dai colori della casa agli ambienti da dover inserire. In 105mq sono stati, infatti, ricavati un salone e cucina separati tra loro tramite un tramezzo centrale che fa anche da parete tv; un bagno di servizio, due camerette, una lavanderia/ripostiglio e una camera da letto con annesso bagno e cabina armadio. All'ingresso dell'abitazione è stato inserito un piccolo spazio accogliente con cappottiera e mobiletti; sulla destra sono stati posizionati dei listelli in legno rotabili che permettono di separare l'ingresso dalla cucina e far penetrare la luce in quest'area. Il salone è completamente avvolto dalla luce: una grande portafinestra ed una finestra illuminano al massimo l'ambiente che, grazie anche ai colori caldi scelti, appare accogliente. Proseguendo, gli altri ambienti dell'abitazione sono in pendant con la zona giorno: vengono infatti ripresi i colori tortora ed il legno anche nel bagno e nella camera da letto. In quest'ultima, in particolare, viene utilizzata una carta da parati sulla parete letto che riprende i medesimi colori.

"Sand House" is a project concerning a complete renovation of a house making the most of the spaces that the latter presents and trying to satisfy all the customer's needs; from the colors of the house to the environments to be inserted. In fact, a living room and kitchen separated from each other by a central partition that also acts as a TV wall have been created in 105sqm; a service bathroom, two bedrooms, a laundry / storage room and a bedroom with attached bathroom and walk-in closet. At the entrance of the house a small welcoming space has been inserted with a coat and cabinets; on the right, some rolling wooden slats have been positioned that allow you to separate the entrance from the kitchen and let the light penetrate this area. The living room is completely surrounded by light: a large French window and a window illuminate the environment to the maximum which, thanks also to the warm colors chosen, appears welcoming. Continuing, the other rooms of the house are in harmony with the living area: in fact, the dove gray colors and the wood are also taken up in the bathroom and bedroom. In the latter, in particular, a wallpaper is used on the bed wall that takes up the same colors.
